FAQ


  1. ​Log in to the platform with your username and password
  2. Select the amount of products you wish to add to your shopping cart
  3. After all your products are in your shopping cart, your order will be made
  4. Fill in the method of payment form and establish how you wish the product to be delivered
  5. Click on "Finish Order"
  6. You will then see your order number and the delivery information

If you are already a client and wish to access our Webstore to see our product offering:

1.       Type the address store.inctomex.com on your browser

2.       Select your country

3.       Click on "Log in" on the top right corner of your screen

Click on the "Request access" button under the item "Are you already a client and require access to the WebStore?

4.       Please enter the required information (country, assigned client code, email and name)

Check your email to see if you have received a message with the account request for the existing client

To register for the events you are interested in attending follow the process below.

  1. Go to the Events Portal https://events.intcomex.com/
  2. Select the country as applicable
  3. Find your event on the available events list
  4. If you are registered in our WebStore, choose the "Inctomex Client" option and enter the required information
  5. Otherwise, choose "Not an Inctomex Client" and fill out the form with your information​

​You may create a user in this simple way

  1. Access "My Account" with your username and password
  2. Go to "My Account Information"
  3. Finally, click on the "Users List"
  4. Add users on the bottom part of the screen, enter the data and the permissions you wish to grant

​To recover your password:

  1. Go to the "Log in" section on the top right side of your screen
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?"
  3. Enter your username and email
  4. Go to the inbox of the registered email and open the automatic password delivery email.​

​Follow these simple steps to change your password:

  1. Go to "My Account"
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Go to the "My Account" button and click on it
  4. Go to "Account Information"
  5. Click on "Change Password"
  6. Enter your current password and your new password

Click on Refresh

​1.       Log in to your account with your username and password

2.       Choose your product. Click on "Add to shopping cart"

3.       The system will display a screen with the options "Go to shopping cart" or "Continue shopping"

4.       Select the "Continue shopping" option if you wish to return to the product category screen.

5.       Click on "Go to shopping cart" if you wish to go straight to the products you selected for your purchase. The system will redirect you to your shopping list. Enter the number of product units you wish to buy for the products in your shopping cart and click on "Refresh".

6.       Check your shopping list and then click on "Order"

7.       Next, you will see your order and a small form where you may choose delivery type, write comments and choose your method of payment

8.       Click on "Finish Order"

​This is the easiest way to receive a priced product list:

  1. Log in to your account with your username and password
  2. Find the product you want, whether by category or brand
  3. The item "Price List" appears on the top part of the product. There you may download the list in your choice between EXML or CVS formats.

​According to the country information provided, you will be given a step-by-step process. Information must be entered as applicable to each country.

  1. Log in using your credentials
  2. Click on "My Account"
  3. Choose "Request RMA" on the RMA item
  4. Fill out the form

​Follow these simple steps to register as an Inctomex client:

 

  1. Type the address store.inctomex.com on your browser
  2. Select your country on the top part of the screen, choose your language
  3. Click on "Become a Client" on the top right corner of the screen
  4. Fill out the form with your data and the required information to register as a client.
  • If your country requires it, attached the requested documents. Files may not be bigger than 1MB. The formats allowed for documents to be received are: PDF, JPG, Word or PNG.

 

After having registered successfully, one of our agents will get in touch with you to validate your information and conclude your registration process.​

  1. ​Log in to your account with your username and password
  2. Add the product of your choice to your shopping cart and select the amount of items you wish add by clicking on "Add to cart".
  3. A window will pop up notifying that the product has been successfully added to your shopping cart. At this point, you may choose between "Go to shopping cart" or "Continue shopping"
  4. Click on "Go to shopping cart"
  5. Check your shopping list and click on the "Move to quote" button
  6. A window will emerge notifying that your order will become a quote and your shopping cart will be emptied. Click on "OK".
  7. The quote confirmation will then be displayed with the number under which it has been stored in the system
  8. Check your email for a message where you will find your quote information and the number under which it is stored in "My Account" on the WebStore

  1. Type the address store.inctomex.com on your browser
  2. Select your country
  3. Click on the (?) icon on the top right side of your screen
  4. Select your preferred help channel

Path two:

  1. Type the address store.inctomex.com on your browser
  2. Select your country
  3. Click on the "Log in" button on the top right side of your screen
  4. Under the "Need Help?" item, click on the "Contact us" button

Fill in the form stating your requirement

  1. ​Log in to the platform with your username and password
  2. Go to "My Downloads" using either of these two methods:
  • Click on "My Account", select you User ID and click on "My Downloads". Then, click on "Distributed Codes" on the left side of the screen.
  • Access by clicking on "My Account" on the top right side of your screen. Then, click on "My Downloads". Click on the "Distributed Codes" button.

    • No documents will be requested when registering from our Webstore
  • Chile
    • National ID Card photocopy
    • Sole Tax Registry Form (RUT)
  • Costa Rica
    • National ID Card photocopy and a sales invoice
  • Ecuador
    • No documents will be requested when registering from our Webstore
  • El Salvador
    • No documents will be requested when registering from our Webstore
  • Guatemala
    • Personal ID Document (DPI)
    • Tax ID Number
  • Jamaica
    • No documents will be requested when registering from our Webstore
  • Mexico
    • Certificate of fiscal standing
    • Legal Representative official ID (INE, ID Card, Passport)
  • Panama
    • No documents will be requested when registering from our Webstore
  • Peru
    • No documents will be requested when registering from our Webstore
  • Uruguay
    • No documents will be requested when registering from our Webstore

  1. ​Please enter your username and password
  2. Click on "My Account"
  3. Now, go to the "Transactions" section
  4. Click on "Invoiced Orders". This option will allow you to see all your invoices
  • ​​At least one letter
  • At least one capital letter
  • At least one number
  • At least 8 characters
  • Your password must have a maximum of 25 characters
  • To keep your account secure, you must not mention proper names such as the name of the account holder or the company

Password example: Computer*12

  1. ​Log in to the platform with your username and password
  2. Choose between the two available options:
  1. Click on "My Account", select your User ID and click on "My Downloads". Then click on "Purchased Licenses" located on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on "My Account" on the top right side of your screen, choose "My Downloads" from the drop-down menu
  1. Click on the "Purchased Licenses" button

​Call your account executive to update your information.

To update your information:

  1. Log in to your account using your username and password
  2. Click on "My Account"
  3. Go to the "Account Information" item
  4. Now, click on "Contact Information"
  5. Update your information as required
  6. Finish by clicking on "Save"
