FAQ


To retrieve your password:

1. Locate the "help" button in the upper right-hand side of your screen
2. Browsing this Page, locate the item: Forgot your password?
3. In the form appearing on the screen, enter your username and email provided at the moment of registering
4. Check your e-mail inbox and retrieve your password

1. Sign in to your account with the assigned username and password
2. Choose the product of your choice. Click "add to cart"
3. The system will display a screen with the options "go to shopping cart" or "Continue Shopping"

- Select the "Continue Shopping" option if you want to go back to the screen you were browsing.

- Click "Go to cart" if you want to go straight to the products you selected to purchase. You will be redirected to your shopping list. If you wish, you can change the amount of product units from your shopping cart, and click "update".
Another quick way to buy products you already know, is to type in the SKU in the field "add item to cart” and Click the "Add to cart" button. You can also add several products at the same time with the "Add multiple products" option.
- To remove a product from your shopping cart, click "remove" and the product will disappear from your list. 

4. Check your shopping list and click "Generate Order"
5. Next, your order will appear along with a small form to select the type of shipment, make your observations and choose your payment method.
6. Click "Finish order"

You can easily create a user within your account, remember that new users can be created only by an Administrator:

1. Enter your username and password
2. Click on ' Account'
3. Go to 'Account information'
4. Click on "Users List"
5. In the lower part, add the users in the "Create user" button
6. Enter the information requested and the permissions you want to give

We provide the means to meet all your requirements.

From this option you will see all orders that you have generated in our online store.

1. Enter your username and password.
2. Click on 'Account'.
3. Now, go to the 'Transactions' section.
4. Click on 'order status'.

To change your password, follow these simple steps:

1. Sign in to your account using your assigned username and password
2. Through 'Account' button in the upper right corner, access "Account Information"
3. Click on the 'Change Password' link
4. Enter your current password and the new password
5. Click on 'Update'
Remember that your password must include:
• At least one letter
• At least one capital letter
• At least one number
• Beat at least 8 characters must be a maximum of 25 characters.
• For your account security do not mention names of the account holder or company
• Example Password: Computer*12

1. Access our WebStore with your username and password
2. Click the " Account” button and access the link 'My Downloads'.
3. Then, click the "purchased licenses" button.         

The easiest way to get a list of products with prices:

1. Log into your account with your username and password
2. Locate the list of products you want, either by category or by brand
3. At the top of the list of products, locate the 'Price List ' item. There you can download the list in EXML or CVS formats, depending on your preference.
4. You can open the file in which you´ll find the product category, subcategory, name, brand, price, availability, part number, SKU and attributes.

1. Enter your username and password
2. Access through 'Account' button in the upper right corner. In the RMA section you will find a link to make the RMA requests, check the status of your requests and the service centers available to you
3. select 'RMA Request'
4. Fill in the form with the order number and your contact details
5. From that order select the product you have the claim about, indicating the type of claim, the details of the inconvenience and the product serial number
6. Finally, click on "submit"

Within the following days, you can follow up your request on the "RMA Status" option

1. Access the platform with your username and password
2. Access 'My Downloads'.
3. Click on "My Account" and access the link 'My Downloads'.
4. Then, click on "Distributed keys" located on the left side of the screen.

You have two ways of using the quotation tool:

Option 1:

1. Sign in to your account with the assigned username and password.
2. Browse to the product you want, and in details you will find an "Add to quote" link, click on it.
3. A pop-up will appear with the confirmation that the selected product has been added to the quote, you can continue to add different products or you can go to the quote. Click on "Go to the quote."
4. Then, you will see the confirmation of the quote and the number it has been stored in the system with. Access to the quote, complete the required information and edit it adding the profit values you want to generate, it can be a percentage or an exact value. There you will have the option to select or edit your customer´s information, add customer and add more products if you want to.
5. Click on "save and download". A pop-up window will appear showing the number your quote was stored with. In the confirmation message, click again on "save and download".
6. Finally, a PDF file will download on your computer with the quote ready to be delivered to your customer.


Option 2:

1. Add the product of your choice to your shopping cart and the number of items you want by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.
2. A window will pop up showing that the product has been successfully added to your shopping cart. There you can choose to either "go to shopping cart" or "continue shopping". Click "go to shopping cart".
3. Check your shopping list and click the "Move to quote" button.
4. A window will pop-up warning you that the order will become a quotation and the shopping cart will be emptied. Click "Accept"
5. Then, the confirmation of the quote will show along with the number it has been stored in the system with. Access the quote by clicking on the number.
6. In the lower part click "Activate Quote". The following message will pop-up " The contents of your current quote will be replaced ¿Do you really want to activate this quote?”. Click on “Accept”.
7. Complete the form with the required information and edit it with the profit values you want to generate, it can be a percentage or an exact value. There you will have the option to select or edit your customer´s information, to add a customer and to add more products if you would like to.
8. Click on "save and download" This way you get the number your quote was stored with. In the confirmation message, click again on "save and download".
9. Finally, a PDF file will download on your computer with the quote ready to be delivered to your customer

1. Access your account with your username and password
2. Click on " Account"
3. Access the "account information" item
4. Now, go to "Contact information"
5. Update the data you want to update
6. Finish by clicking on "save"

* Blocked data can be updated only by an Administrator
* You can also perfomr the data update communicating via telephone with the executive in charge of your account.

​To register as an Intcomex client follow these simple steps:

1. Enter the store.intcomex.com address in your browser
2. At the top of the screen, select your country and choose your language
3. Click the "Become a Customer" button located in the upper right corner of the screen
4. Complete the form with your data and information requested for registering as a customer


• Should it be required in your country, attach the documents requested. Each file must not exceed 1MB. The type of documents allowed to be submitted are: PDF, JPG, Word or PNG.
After registration is successful, one of our representatives will contact you to validate your information and to complete the registration process.

If you are a customer and want access our WebStore to see our products offer: 

1. Enter the store.intcomex.com address in your browser
2. At the top of the screen, select your country and choose the language you want
3. Click the "Sign in" button on the top right of the screen
4. Click on the "Request Access" button located in the item "Are you already a customer and need access to the WebStore?”
5. Please enter the required information (country, assigned customer code, email provided when registering and name)
6. Check your email and verify that you have received a message with the request for existing customer account

To register for the events of interest, follow this process:

1. Access the events portal at https://events.intcomex.com/
2. Select country as appropriate
3. Locate the event of choice in the list of events available
4. If you are registered in our WebStore, choose the 'Intcomex customer’s contact' option and enter the requested information.

5. Otherwise, choose the 'Not INTCOMEX customer’s contact' option and fill out the form with your data.

What does the licensing by Volume via Webstore orders consist of?
The Intcomex resellers can now order Licensing by volume through the webstore. 

For which countries is it available? 
It is available to all countries where Intcomex offers Licencing by Volume. When placing their order, re-sellers must make sure to use the appropriate webstore, which will change depending on the country.

Do I need Webstore account to order VL?
Yes. With your Trax account, you must create Webstore account that will enable you to buy online, as well as check prices and products

How do I request access to the WebStore?
At the Webstore’s main page, Intcomex clients who still have no access will find a “Request Access” option. To use it, you only need your Intcomex client number. 

Who can buy under this model?
All resellers with active Intcomex accounts can make purchases under online model.

Which products qualify? 
All Licencing by Volume products in the Open Business mode, Open Value mode, Open Value subscription and School.

What are the advantages of ordering VL online?
Through the Webstore, you can manage your orders 24/7. It also provides you with a repository of detailed certificates and processed invoices, for your costumers

What should I do if I have a special Price for VL?
You can place a different price to the one the tool provides you with. For this, you must simply input the number you desire when creating the order. Due to the price change, the order will be temporarily halted, until the moment it receives your sales executive’s approval. 

How do I pay my VL?
Licensing by Volume orders made through the Webstore follow the same credit process that the rest of your products go through

Can I use my current Intcomex credit for the online purchase?
Yes, online purchases use the same credit line and adheres to the same terms that the re-seller has with Intcomex.

What do I have to do if I want to modify an order that was already submitted?
If the order has not yet been processed by the manufacturer, it may be cancelled. Once an order has already been processed by Microsoft, it must go through the regular RMA request process. Contact your sales executive as soon as you wish to cancel an order.

What are the return policies of Licensing by Volume orders? 
A Licensing by Volume order can only be cancelled within the first 60 after processed, by placing a replacement order of equal or greater value. Adding to that, no RMA of Windows Legal will be accepted, and neither will be CLOUD Products that have already been activated. 

How quickly will I receive my electronic certificate?
24 hours after your order’s status has changed to “received”, the re-seller can access the eCertificate deposited into the Webstore account.

Can I view my processed orders history log?
Resellers that work through the Webstore can access a repository with all the details of their Licensing by volume orders, eCertificates and invoices. 

How long are my processed orders saved?
The data in your Webstore account’s repository is stored for an unlimited period. " How can I access the Invoices? You can find a copy of all of your invoices in your Webstore account.
