What does the licensing by Volume via Webstore orders consist of?
The Intcomex resellers can now order Licensing by volume through the webstore.
For which countries is it available?
It is available to all countries where Intcomex offers Licencing by Volume. When placing their order, re-sellers must make sure to use the appropriate webstore, which will change depending on the country.
Do I need Webstore account to order VL?
Yes. With your Trax account, you must create Webstore account that will enable you to buy online, as well as check prices and products
How do I request access to the WebStore?
At the Webstore’s main page, Intcomex clients who still have no access will find a “Request Access” option. To use it, you only need your Intcomex client number.
Who can buy under this model?
All resellers with active Intcomex accounts can make purchases under online model.
Which products qualify?
All Licencing by Volume products in the Open Business mode, Open Value mode, Open Value subscription and School.
What are the advantages of ordering VL online?
Through the Webstore, you can manage your orders 24/7. It also provides you with a repository of detailed certificates and processed invoices, for your costumers
What should I do if I have a special Price for VL?
You can place a different price to the one the tool provides you with. For this, you must simply input the number you desire when creating the order. Due to the price change, the order will be temporarily halted, until the moment it receives your sales executive’s approval.
How do I pay my VL?
Licensing by Volume orders made through the Webstore follow the same credit process that the rest of your products go through
Can I use my current Intcomex credit for the online purchase?
Yes, online purchases use the same credit line and adheres to the same terms that the re-seller has with Intcomex.
What do I have to do if I want to modify an order that was already submitted?
If the order has not yet been processed by the manufacturer, it may be cancelled. Once an order has already been processed by Microsoft, it must go through the regular RMA request process. Contact your sales executive as soon as you wish to cancel an order.
What are the return policies of Licensing by Volume orders?
A Licensing by Volume order can only be cancelled within the first 60 after processed, by placing a replacement order of equal or greater value. Adding to that, no RMA of Windows Legal will be accepted, and neither will be CLOUD Products that have already been activated.
How quickly will I receive my electronic certificate?
24 hours after your order’s status has changed to “received”, the re-seller can access the eCertificate deposited into the Webstore account.
Can I view my processed orders history log?
Resellers that work through the Webstore can access a repository with all the details of their Licensing by volume orders, eCertificates and invoices.
How long are my processed orders saved?
The data in your Webstore account’s repository is stored for an unlimited period. " How can I access the Invoices? You can find a copy of all of your invoices in your Webstore account.
