Return policy



Please read carefully our returns policy.

To speed the process, please have your purchase invoice printed.

The products purchased at Intcomex can be returned subject to the following terms and conditions.

Product Return:

Bring the product or send it to Intcomex to the Customer Service Department or to the Branch Manager. You must pay the freight.

Maximum time limit to return products:

- Fourteen calendar days from the date of invoicing.
- The packaging or box must be sealed, in perfect sale conditions (original seals, with no signs of abuse or additional tags).

Return fee applies:

- From 1 to 7 calendar days: 0% return fee.
- 8 to 14 calendar days: 15% of product price.

Refund fees will apply by considering the invoicing date and the date on which the returned product is physically received by the branch.

Bonuses will be issued via credit note, stating the amount resulting from the lowest price between the invoice and the list price in effect at the time of receiving the product at the branch.

Freight charges will not be refunded.

No refunds apply under the following conditions:

- Promotion price products;
- On request products;
- On sale products;
- Obsolete or discontinued products;
- Unfit for sale products;
- Software;
- Consumables;
- No return/No cancellation marked products;
- Due to cancellation of end user.

 

How to return products to an Intcomex branch

If you are returning goods, please contact our Customer Service Department or the corresponding Branch Manager, bring your product and its original invoice.

How to return products by courier

If no Intcomex branch is close to your location, please pay the freight and send your product (prior authorization from the Customer Service Department or the corresponding Branch Manager). Send the product in its original package attaching its original invoice along with a note stating the reason for the return. Make sure to clearly and correctly write the name of the recipient at the corresponding Intcomex branch.

When we receive your returned product, we will contact you to confirm if you want your product to be replaced or if you want a credit note to be issued.

If a situation is not stated in this policy, we will be consideredr the case in the benefit of both parties.
