In addition, each port supports IEEE 802.3X Flow Control for Full-Duplex operation and Back-Pressure support for Half-Duplex operation. These technologies are your best protection against data packet loss. Each TP port is Auto-Negotiation equipped and capable of Bridging 100Mbps segments with 10Mbps segments. The Auto-Negotiation function smoothly and automatically sets each port to operate at the fastest possible speed.
